Rude service advisors
I attempted to speak with a maria regarding why they were sending this letter to us. It appeared to be a credit issue. When i found out it was a pressured sales, and I wanted a manager, she asked "why have you not paid your debt off then" I called back and again I got a belligerent customer rep (Daniel)who was rude. I again asked for the manager and got a Ms. Cashaun Muse she was to get me information regarding the ceo of the company and when I asked she hung up on me. I do beleive this organization preys on people that are overloaded with debt and then use your ire against you.

Fake and dishonest organization
I called them to ask information, that is all, and I made it very clear. They have not stopped calling me since then, demanding and threatening calls. I reserached them and see all these complaints about how fake they are and I told them I do not want to go through with them, as I simply do not trust them. They kept calling saying well I didn't know, and that doesn't make since if you are an organization you communicate with each other. They are a big SCAM, they will steal from you, and I still cannot get them to stop calling me when I have told them so many times to please stop calling me, I am not interested and have asked them to stop, I don't know how else to make these people understand. DO NOT CALL THEM! They are theives!

Smooth talking salesman signed me up and kept my money
I received a letter in the mail. I called and let this smooth talking salesman convince me to join their program to reduce my credit card debts in half in 2 and a half years. He talked me into setting up an account that would take $267 a month out of my checking account the next day and once a month from then on. I changed my mind and called to cancel the program. They said OK but they would be keeping my $267 for their trouble. I had not even sent in the original signed forms yet. They only had computer generated signature forms.
Loss:
$267

They stolen company email accounts, sent fake catalogs enquiries. Debt brokers fishing for suckers? Pond *** fishing for business. Be where my friends... "You have not responded to the first catalog we sent you on 03/08/2013 Please all 1-80*-400-**** no later than 05/06 "We have extended your enrollment to 05/06/2013 Once your credit card debt has been renegotiated, all three credit card bureaus should be notified by your creditors that you debt has been satisfied and paid in full for less then the balance owed. Information used in this offer was obtained from public sources and any person can opt out.

You don't need to pay these people a 12% fee, plus 49.95 a month for 'maintenance costs'. They mislead consumers, especially the elderly and non-English speaking clients, that there will be no credit effects, no tax implications, even misleading foreign and elderly consumers to think that they are doing a consolidation.
Then by the time consumers are fully informed during a "Welcome Call" what the real 'program' is, it's past the 10 day cancellation window and they keep your first payment.
Do yourself a favor and work your situation out with your creditors. These people are rip-off artists preying upon the fears of consumers.
This company, parent company Landmark Management, changes their marketing name annually or 'by state' in order to re-market to consumers with a different name (American Debt Mediators, Credit Resolution Advisors, Credit Answers, Jensen Legal Group, Worden Law Firm etc. are all the same company) because they have burned their bridges so many times with consumers.
There is NOTHING this company can do for you that you can't do yourself with a little time. This (these) company requests that you to stop paying your bills, which opens you up to late fees, higher interest rates, and then litigation by creditors after a certain period of time, and will NOT represent you once you get sued. Contrary to what they tell you, they ARE NOT a law firm. There is no attorney looking out for you.
50-60% of their clients get sued by companies like Discover, Capital One, etc. It's a no-brainer that you can settle on your own with your creditors for 50-60 cents on the dollar after a certain period of delinquency, just like these people purport they can do.
That's Is false. You cannot sign into a debt mediation program & they take your payment the next day.
It takes 3 days.
Sorry your stuck in debt. :upset
